DAY 1
8:45 am: Meet at Arctic Café for a fresh-pressed fruit/veggie juice with a sprinkle of Spirulina (which improves muscle strength and endurance). We will then divide you into groups based on your ski level and what you want to achieve over the 2 days.
9:00-9:15: Geared up, ready to ski, and head off to the lifts.
9:30-12:30: We will work to improve your skiing psychology technique to master your skills in various conditions and terrain.
12:30-13:30: Lunch at a restaurant on the mountain and time to look at morning videos of yourself skiing.
13:30-15:30: We will focus on various techniques and exercises to build your confidence in varied terrain.
15:30-16:30: Head to our Yoga session designed exclusively for skiers.
Day 2
8:45 am: Meet at Arctic Café for a fresh-pressed fruit/veggie juice with a sprinkle of Maca Powder (enhances energy, stamina, & athletic performance).
9:00-9:15: Geared up, ready to ski, and head off to the lifts.
10:30-11:00: Quick coffee stop and analysis with feedback.
11:00-12:30: We will introduce how to choose your route, how to read the mountain terrain and how to be prepared for different types of weather, and more.
12:30-13:30: Lunch at an easy restaurant and a technical summary.
13:30-15:30: And finally, we will show you some of the 4 Valley’s best secret spots to ski, so you can put all that you learned into action. Mileage, mileage, mileage!
15:30: Apres-ski. Share some of your favorite moments from the clinic with your ski sisters over a bevy and take home a sensational goodie-bag from one of our sponsors!
